The Troop 18 Merit Badge Process:

1. Decide on a badge
2. Find a Counselor
3. Get a Blue Card from an Adult Advisor
4. Have an Adult Advisor sign the Blue Card
5. Work with your Counselor
6. Complete the requirements
7. Have the Counselor sign the Blue Card
8. Turn the Blue Card  into the Troop Advancement Committee
